DOMAIN NAMES: There are no changes in domain name registration/renewal fees as those are dictated by the registrar.
HOSTING PACKAGES: We have made significant changes to our packages by including not only upgrading our cloud technologies and services which allow for fluctuations in your web traffic but also by including hundreds of Premium Themes & Plugins as well. Having developed relationships with some of the best developers in the world allows us to continue to offer premium software at no additional charge. EMAIL HOSTING: For years we have offered free email services with up to 1GB of storage space per email address included in all of our hosting packages. Our hosting provider, Liquid Web, Inc., has recently decided to follow industry trends and upgrade their email hosting services with newly updated/upgraded security software, SPAM prevention software, and other tools and services including increased storage capacity from 1GB to 25GB of storage space. SUPPORT TICKETS: Our Support Ticket System has been upgraded and we now offer support via a ticketed system. Simply Register/Login and create a ticket. This helps me and my team address issues in a timely manner. No more missed emails, phone tag, etc. Of course we’re still available by email and phone if necessary. ONLINE CLIENT PAYMENT PORTAL: With our Client Portal, you can keep track of all your transactions with us. You can view project details, associated tasks, and logged and untilled hours. You can also make payments through the portal using your credit card. You have instant access to all of your statements and you can download a PDF copy or print them through the Client Portal.
